1. Definitions and Scope

"Platform" refers to the omg67 website, mobile application, and all services operating under the omg67.one domain. "Account" refers to each user's personal registration profile. "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the user for wagering purposes. "Bonus" refers to additional credits awarded in accordance with promotions in force at the time.

This document applies to all users who access the omg67 platform, regardless of the method of access or device used. These terms cover all products offered, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports, and all other products available on the platform.

2. User Eligibility

Registration and use of the omg67 platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. omg67 reserves the right at any time to verify the information provided and request supporting documents such as a copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or other accepted identification document.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring their account password is secure and not shared with any other party. omg67 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

omg67 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All deposit methods have a uniform minimum amount of RM10 per transaction.

All deposits must come from an account or payment instrument registered in the name of that user. Third-party deposits are not accepted and any such deposit will be returned to its original source. omg67 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). For deposits made in cryptocurrency, the applicable exchange rate is the prevailing market rate at the time the transaction is approved.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is RM50. Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is approved and identity verification is completed. omg67 aims to process all withdrawals efficiently and in a timely manner.

Before any withdrawal is approved, users are required to complete the identity verification process (KYC), which includes submitting a copy of a valid identity card. This is a standard security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

• The first withdrawal must use the same method as the original deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• omg67 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same user's name.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

omg67 offers various promotions to players, including a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your account balance to RM300. The wagering requirement to be met is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000. If you deposit RM1,600, the bonus given is RM1,500 (maximum cap), bringing the balance to RM3,100, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

7. Game Rules

omg67 reserves the right to cancel or suspend any bet or winnings suspected of involving fraudulent activity, system abuse, exploitation of software bugs, or any form of unauthorised manipulation.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the omg67 platform solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes and will not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of this platform complies with the laws and regulations in force in their area of residence. omg67 makes no representation regarding the legality of using the platform in any particular jurisdiction.

The use of automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit the platform's systems is strictly prohibited. omg67 reserves the right to terminate accounts and confiscate winnings accumulated through such methods.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the omg67 customer support team. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the required identity verification.

omg67 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user in question has violated any provision of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a threat to the security of the platform or other users.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

The omg67 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we endeavour to ensure continuous availability of the platform, omg67 does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors at all times.

omg67 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

omg67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Amendments will take effect as soon as they are published on this website.

Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under omg67's international licence. Any dispute arising in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation.

If negotiation fails to reach a resolution within a reasonable period, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The official version of these terms and conditions is the Malay language version. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions, the Malay language version shall prevail.
